HDP-60 PSU fix

The HDP-60 PSU is a decent universal PSU. Not super stable voltage, but stay relatively cool and has a nice form factor (like a laptop power brick, and unlike most cheap universal PSU that are big socket plugs). Buuuuuut it burned. Too embarrassed to say how it happened though... I managed to open it with flat head screw drivers.

Could find the spot when electrical arc might have burned through the shield, but PCB looks suspiciously fine.
Removed fuse, it's dead, Jim. RIP T3.15A 250V
Ordered a bunch of new T3.15A 250V

Aaaaand fixed!
